Hahahaha. I would just throw it in the regular trash. Since usually they don't like when you recycle bags with gunk on them, or soup cans with stuff still in it, etc. So you can't really recycle a condom if it has semen in it.
...I just took that a little too seriously there.
The first time I did it with the the guy I used to date, he came back from the bathroom & told me he didn't know what to do with it & simply flushed it. I was ready to kill him if that toilet overflowed.
If it were a lamb skin condom he could put it in the organics.

It goes with the plastics. I am not kidding this is the truth.Cum or no cum it's only the recyclable's that have to be clean.
